On the 10th of June we will be celebrating 'World Gin Day'. Now I know there are many random events in the calender these days, and some of them seem silly, but I am one person who will gladly stand behind and cheer on World Gin Day (as well as wine day, pizza day, chocolate day etc.)
So in spirit of World Gin day (so punny), Sopwell House has fused two of the nations favourites: gin and tea! Mixing up the classics gin and tonic, Sopwell House's mixologists have created the G&Tea, which has the addition of Earl Grey tea and grapefruit juice to give it a twist which you can easily create at home.
All you need is the following ingredients;
- 40ml Bathtub Gin (if only you can actually bathe in the gin)
- 20ml Earl Grey Tea (cooled)
- 20ml Grapefruit Juice
Instructions:
Add the gin, cooled tea and grapefruit juice to a cocktail shaker. Shake and serve over ice.
